Job Duties:

Job duties include the operation of farm equipment to plant, irrigate, and harvest crops. This equipment includes tractors, self propelled sprayer, backhoe, pickup truck, combine, ATV, forklift, lawnmower, and grain cart. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Employees will also perform maintenance and upkeep of farm equipment and farm/farm housing. Duties also include mowing and grading turn rows as well as manual labor. Manual labor includes putting out and retrieving poly pipe, loading seed, loading planters, and using shovels to drain fields. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Special Requirements:

Drug screening may be done post hire at the employers expense. Employees must be able to lift 100 pounds. Extensive sitting or walking when operating equipment and walking poly pipe. Cell phone use is not allowed at the worksite.
