Job Duties:

Work will be performed in shifts (Monday-Friday 10:00pm to 12:00pm, 5:00am to 12:00pm, and 10:00pm to 5:00am), with one hour, unpaid, lunch. Perform manual labor to assist in unloading sugarcane. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. Repair and maintain farm and vehicles, implements, mechanical equipment, and tires and trucks. Must be able to lift 50 pounds; Work is done in all kinds of weather from extreme heat to extreme cold. Optional additional hours as business demands. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned are provided to the worker, without charge or deposit. Hours may fluctuate due to weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns but will not reduce the 3/4 guarantee over the life of the contract. Possibility of work breakdown will not reduce workers guarantee over the life of the contract.

Drug testing relates to safety assurance in a working environment. Testing positive or failure to comply with the random drug testing may result in immediate termination from employment.
