Job Duties:

Employees will drive and operate farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops such as corn & sugar beets. Employees will drive tractors installed with GPS and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed, and fertilize. They will haul with trucks materials, supplies, or chopped or harvested crops will be hauled to storage on the farm or local elevators. All commodities and supplies hauled will be the property of Skaurud Grain Farms. There will be no commercial hauling. Routine daily maintenance will be done on all equipment, structures & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team players when needed. Requirements: - Employees have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days. - Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. - NO TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged and may be grounds for termination. - Must be able to read, understand, and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level is required. Operate and understand computerized monitors.

Operate / understand GPS with computerized monitors.
