- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to drive tractors, farm vehicles and equipment to cultivate, plant and harvest sugarcane. General farm labor duties such as shovel, drainage, minor repair and maintenance to farm tractors, vehicles, and equipment, clean and maintain shop area and yard, clean and maintain housing yard, field sanitation duties, and any other general farm labor duty required to operate a sugarcane farm. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers will be required to follow all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties.
