Job Duties:

Picking blueberries by hand according to shape, color, maturity level, and/or ripeness, and placing the berries into 1-gallon buckets, and carrying them to the weighers in the fields. Must be able to work the entire period; Must have good hand/eye coordination. Other duties may include but not be limited to field maintenance, laying mulch, installing and/or repairing irrigation lines, and/or pruning blueberry bushes. Pay rate for picking blueberries will be on a piece rate of $0.50 per pound with a minimum wage guarantee of $16.08 per hour; 35 hours per week; must be able to lift 60 lbs; All tools will be provided at no cost to the workers.
