Job Duties:
Workers will be required to do field work which will include assisting in the cutting of hay several times a year. They will be required to place baled hay on wagons, remove the bales from the wagons after they have been driven to the storage area, examine the bales for mold and then sort the bales and stack them in the storage area. After storage, the workers must continue to monitor the stacked hay for signs of mold or disease. In addition to hay cutting, the workers will be required to perform brush cutting and other farm maintenance activities as needed.

Special Requirements:
The scheduled workweek is 40 hours. Starting time is 8:am and quitting time is 4:00pm with 1 hour for lunch, Monday-Friday and 7:am to 12 Noon on Saturday. During the summer workers may be requested to start earlier and work more than the scheduled 40 hours per week. When the weather is hot the starting times may be shifted to earlier or later in the day. This may vary depending on crop and weather conditions. Employer will provide United States workers referred through this clearance order with 40 hours of work for the week beginning with the anticipated date of employment show in Item 9, unless the employer amends the date of need in accordance with 20 CFR 653.01 (d)(2)(v). The employer guarantees to offer the worker employment for at least three-fourths of the workdays of the contract period, and any extensions. The workdays begin on the first workday the worker is at the employer's farm and is ready, willing and able and eligible to work and ends on the expiration
