- Job Duties:
- Workers are required to drive tractors and farm equipment for cultivating fields for sugarcane planting and harvesting, cleaning and minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, shovel work, drainage, cleaning shop areas, mowing and keeping the shop yard and house clean, keeping the fields free of debris, as well as any other general farm labor that may be associated with the operation of a sugarcane farm. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure workers safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties required.
