- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to drive tractors to help prepare fields for planting, planting and harvesting, perform minor repair and maintenance and clean to farm equipment and vehicles, weed control, drainage and shovel work, field sanitation duties, keeping the shop, shop yard, house and house yard clean and free of debris, and any general farm labor duties that may arise in the operation of a sugarcane farm. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Work and safety rules must be followed. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties.
