Job Duties:

Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, and irrigation equipment. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Workers will conduct post-harvest, end-of-season activities including repairing, cleaning and preparing farm equipment for following season. Workers may be requested to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please see addendum C.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months of recent and verifiable experience is required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate non-CDL drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Verifiable work experience is required. Please see addendum C.
