Job Duties:

Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping; Controlling brush using hand tools; Establish windbreak and maintain tree rows by hand; Record farm information digitally; Remove debris and sanitize; Perform dirt work including the use of hand tools such as shovel to control drainage; Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, shrubs, and trees, using gardening tools; Speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
