Job Duties:
Temporary, seasonal workers needed for nursery. Job duties include weeding; tilling soil; applying fertilizers; transplanting; thinning; watering; staking; pruning; digging trees; shrubs; and perennials. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives; cleaning, grading, sorting, packing; loading/unloading. Job involves frequent stooping. Worker be able to lift/carry sufficient weight (approximately 50 pounds) to move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks.  The Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification. Upon hire, random, or upon suspicion drug screening (paid for by Employer). Se necesitan trabajadores temporales de temporada para vivero. Las tareas incluyen escardar, labrar la tierra, aplicar fertilizantes, trasplantar, ralear, regar, entutorar, podar, cavar árboles, arbustos y plantas perennes. Utilizar herramientas de mano, como palas, paletas, azadas, pisones, ganchos de poda, tijeras y cuchillos; limpiar, clasificar, empaquetar, cargar y descargar. El trabajo implica agacharse con frecuencia. El trabajador debe ser capaz de levantar/cargar suficiente peso (aproximadamente 50 libras) para mover el equipo y el material necesario para completar las tareas asignadas.  El empresario se basará en las declaraciones de los propios trabajadores y en sus observaciones para evaluar si cumplen estos requisitos. En el momento de la contratación, prueba de detección de drogas aleatoria o bajo sospecha (pagada por el empresario).
