- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal employees to assist with our sod operation. Employees will operate farm equipment to assist with preparing the fields before planting, seeding the fields, and harvesting sod. Additional duties include mowing and cleaning the fields, complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and cleaning the workshop as needed. Employees must be able to operate equipment including tractors, mowers and forklifts. Employees will complete general farm duties, as necessary. Haul sod to designated areas. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
