Job Duties:

Workers will assist employer with overseeing, feeding, medicating and vaccinating livestock. Will prepare ground and plant willow and cottonwood trees, plant, cultivate and harvest crops of grass/hay, corn, peas and oats. Will preform grounds maintenance to include mowing, weeding, blowing, planting, painting, fence repair, building repairs, barn clean outs and other general maintenance duties.

Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only. Drug screens are performed pre-hire (or post hire) and are at the expense of the employer. Failure or refusal of a drug screen is grounds for immediate termination, drug screens are performed upon incidence, accident or suspicion.
