Job Duties:

Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: Operating self-propelled equipment such as semi-truck with trailer in the process of reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing or winnowing crops such as silage; Attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high humidity, clean work areas, direct and monitor work during harvesting, load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; Perform manual or mechanical adjustments; Maintain and repair, set up, and operate specialized harvesting equipment; Use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: pickups, cars, etc., Peterbilt semi trucks, silage choppers. Speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
