Job Duties:

Field/ground preparation; planting, care, & pre/post-harvest cleanup; fruit, vegetable & cut flower harvest; grading & packing of produce & crops; dig & plant seeds, or transplant seedlings by hand; inspect, grade, sort, wash, store, & post-harvest crop treatment; may operate vehicles, tractors, tractor drawn machinery; maintain areas around structures such as barns, greenhouses, storage facilities; hand weeding; set up & operate irrigation equipment; treat crops with fertilizer and/or repellants; load/unload agriculture products including greenhouse production into trucks & ride with truck to deliver product to market locations.

Special Requirements:

Mon-Sat. Average 40 hrs/wk. Schedule varies depending on weather and crop conditions. Workers receive a 1 hour lunch each day. 3 months experience required as field laborer. Drug testing during employment for cause. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company.
