- Job Duties:
- Under SOC Code 45-2091.00, Agricultural Equipment Operators: Planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops including potatoes, and grains. Drive and operate farm equipment used in agricultural production such as tractors and combines. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, and drills to tractors and drive tractors infield to till soil, plant, and spray crops. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Drive trucks to haul crops from fields to farm storage buildings.
