Job Duties:
Duties may include: Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, or tools. The employee will drive various semi-trucks that may weigh over 26,000 lbs. when loaded; however, the duties will only consist of transporting crops harvested by the employer relatively short distances from field to farm. No weigh stations will need to be crossed and the routes will be exclusively within the State of Tennessee where no CDL is required for agriculture truck driving. Worker will assist with mowing sod at the farm location & other related Agricultural Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.

Special Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 100lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Variable weather conditions may apply. Cell Phone use during work hours (outside of employer-designated break periods) is strictly prohibited. Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work.
