Job Duties:

The nature of the job duties to be performed by the General Farm Laborer consists of all duties required in raising corn and soybean row crops, trucking of the crops to storage elevators, spraying, cultivating, planting, and fertilizing the corn and soybean crops. To be clear, employer produces 100% of its corn and soybean crop. Work hours as determined by weather and crop needs. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., with potential nights / Sundays required depending on needs.

Special Requirements:
