Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Operate farm equipment for swathing, raking, baling hay; Direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting of crops; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as scooping, sweeping, loading; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Drive pickup with trailer or flatbed to move inputs to various locations; Clean shop and work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Maintain inventory; Haul and spread fertilizer and other materials to condition soil; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures such as waterers; Attach implements using hand tools; Weigh containers and record weights and identifying information; Speak and understand English.
