- Workers will be picking blackberries by hand according to shape, color, maturity level, and/or ripeness. Workers must be able to work the entire period. Workers must have good hand and eye coordination. Other duties may include but not be limited to field maintenance, laying mulch in fields, repairing irrigation lines, staking, and/or pruning in blackberry fields. All tools will be provided at no cost to the workers.
