Job Duties:

Workers will perform the following duties on a seasonal grain farm including but not limited to the following: Workers will plant, cultivate, and harvest wheat, corn, and soybeans, prep the ground and make drainage repairs, and perform seasonal manure spreading. Works will perform maintenance, cleaning and repairs on grain dryers, grain elevators, augers, spouts, and other farm equipment such as tractors, and performing oil change. Will work in unloading areas as well and load and unload trucks. Workers will assist in small repairs to barns, sheds, painting and building maintenance. Drug screen will be performed upon accident, incidence, or suspicion at the employer expense. Failure or refusal of a drug screen is ground for immediate termination.

Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
