- Job Duties:
- Adjust, repair and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinerymalfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust and spray crops. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Must be able to speak, understand, and read English at a basic level of literacy. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record
