- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform duties associated with and directly to strawberry harvesting. Work will include but not limited to picking and packing strawberries, plant transplanting, thinning plants, in the field for fresh market and process market. Workers are required to distinguish the quality and ripeness of the strawberry and place it in a tray/containers in the fields. When the containers are packed they will be place on the side of the row crop, stacked for trucks to pick up and delivery. Work requires walking, repetitive bending and repetitive wrist movement. Worker must be able to lift 50lbs. The weather is moderate to cold. Workers must have at least 1 month of experience. All tools necessary for picking and performing duties will be provided.
