Job Duties:
Employees will furrow and prepare the soil, seed, and fertilize such as corn and millet. Crops are raised for forage for the Livestock (sheep) They will cut, rake, and bale the millet and straw ( bedding) relocate the bales to the farm for the winter months. Minor maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures, and grounds including snow removal. Workers will help with the laming of the flock of sheep and care of the animals and new born. Employees must be able to work independently after being given instructions, must be self-motivated, and be team player when needed. Repairs of existing fencing skills are required. Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in housing unit, machinery or vehicles. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged. No Educational level is required. Live Stock experience is necessary as well as fixing existing fences. Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements and operate over all farm equipment.

Cattle experience is necessary as well as fence fixing. Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized scale monitors installed in tractor and feeder wagon to feeding cattle.
