Job Duties:

Duties required: harvest, count, load, unload and stack blackberries, jalapeno and bell peppers. Other duties may include installation/maintenance of drip-tape irrigation, pruning, scanning, cutting/trimming, weeding, pulling plastic/drip-tape, field walking and general farm labor. This job will be done under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. Random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. (Continued in Addendum C)

Workers must adhere to all safety rules as instructed by supervisors and practice safety in all aspects of work. The employer is a drug-free workplace and has a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol in the workplace and in the employer-provided housing. Drug screening will be conducted post-hire at employer's expense for cases with valid reasons for suspicion.
