Job Duties:

FARM LABORER: Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: maintain varieties of plants; harvest, plant, and transplant; prepare fields; maintenance, including weed whipping; dig and remove planted plants from field; load and unload plants and supplies; general maintenance and clean up, including removing debris, rocks and other trash on the farm, pulling weeds by hand, and cutting grass; perform maintenance and repair irrigation installation and maintenance. Pay will be hourly.

Special Requirements:

Job requires worker to complete all tasks in Strawberries. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Experience Requirement: 2 verifiable months commercial tree fruit hand harvest experience required. Applicants must furnish job references from employers of the last 5 years establishing acceptable prior experience. Drug testing done at employer's expense and not utilized as preemployment tool
