- Job Duties:
- THE WORKERS WILL BE PICKING BLACKBERRIES BY HAND ACCORDING TO SHAPE, COLOR, MATURITY LEVEL AND PLACING THE BERRIES INTO 1- GALLON BUCKETS, AND CARRYING THE FULL BUCKETS TO THE WEIGHER IN THE FIELDS. WORKERS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FOR THE ENTIRE WORK PERIOD. WORKERS MUST HAVE GOOD HAND AND EYE COORDINATION. OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO FIELD MAINTENANCE, LAYINGMUCH THE FIELDS, REPAIRING IRRIGATIONS LINES, AND PRUNING BLACKBERRIES BUSHES. PAY RATE OF $ 16.08 PER HOUR; 35 HOURS PER WEEK; MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS. ALL TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE WORKERS
