Job Duties:

Drive tractors/pick-up trucks on farm property and perform a variety of crop raising duties pertaining to Asparagus, Strawberries, Cucumbers, Squash, Tomatoes, Sunflowers, Sweet Corn, Pumpkins, and melons. Hoe, weed, pick, cultivate, and harvest using a variety of farm machinery. Move irrigation pipes. The workers will also load, pack and transport harvested crops from field to storage. Install/maintain fence lines. Hours can range from 48-60 hours a week depending on weather and crop season/harvesting. Schedule is 5:30am - 3:00pm including an hour for lunch. Workers may start earlier depending on weather and time of year. Overtime available as needed.

Special Requirements:

Work hours range from 48 to 60 hours. Work in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 lbs. 3 months verifiable experience in above duties. Hours may vary based on weather and crop condition. Employer agrees to provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. One month of training is provided.
