- THE WORKERS WILL BE PICKING BROCOLLI BY HAND ACCORDING TO SHAPE, COLOR, MATURITY LEVEL AND /OR RIPENESS, WORKERS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FOR THE ENTIRE WORK PERIOD. WORKERS MUST HAVE GOOD HAND AND EYE COORDINATION. OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO FIELD MAINTENANCE, LAYING MULCH IN THE FIELDS, REPAIRING IRRIGATION LINES, AND/OR CLEANING FIELDS, PAY RATE OF $16.08 PER HOUR, 35 HOURS PER WEEK; MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS; ALL TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE WORKERS.
