- Workers will assist in the production of hay by irrigating fields using hand lines, drip systems, and sprinklers; moving and maintaining irrigation equipment; monitoring soil moisture levels and adjusting watering schedules accordingly. Duties also include removing weeds by hand or with hand tools; applying approved herbicides under supervision; and maintaining clean and debris-free fields and irrigation areas.
