Job Duties:

Workers will be required to prepare equipment, buckets and bins for harvesting, hand harvest and field pack vegetables, perform irrigation duties, keeping fencing in working order to keep wildlife out of the fields, prepare fields, plant and hand harvest fall crops, keep shop yard and fields free of debris, keep shop organized and in good working order, keep house and house yard clean and free of debris, minor repair and maintenance on farm vehicles and equipment, and any general farm labor duties that may arise from the operation of a vegetable farm. Drug tests may be administrered post-hire at no cost to the employee to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines and to enure worker safety. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All workers must be physically able to perform all manual labor duties. All work and safety rules must be followed.
