Job Duties:

We are a combination of Water well drilling and pump pulling and typical farm work. We own three drilling trucks. Well drilling would require assisting truck set up, driving pick ups and trailers to job sites, lifting heavy materials, assisting the driller. Pump pulling requirements would include assessing damaged pumps or motors make field repairs if possible, setting up the pulling truck, assisting the pump pulling manager, operating heavy equipment. Farming includes harvesting wheat or soybeans and planting wheat or soybeans, fence repair and building, cattle care, equipment maintenance. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc; attach/detach implements; clean work areas; direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting; haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil; inform farm managers of plants or crops progress; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain grounds and landscaping; maintain inventory, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment; tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, knives, wrenches, crow bars, air tools, and electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving equipment, grain carts, forklift, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, semi trucks, skid steers, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, soybeans, Wheat. Water well Drilling and Pump pulling/repair/setting. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
