Job Duties:

Our business operation is Apicultural. Employees are maintaining the bee hives which includes feeding, medicating, moving bees hives on our property. Queen breeding, (when the season starts from March to July ) grafting, shakes, packaging bees for sale. Honey extraction. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain inventory; use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: beekeeping equipment and forklift. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: bees, honey. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience with references required as a beekeeper. May not have bee, pollen or honey-related allergies. Must be able to obtain a drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
