- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to prune, weed, hoe, irrigate, fertilize, harvest, field pack, and any general labor that may be required in the operation of a Veg/Berry Farm. Other duties included nut not limited to field sanitation, keeping shop and house organized. All working tools buckets, Etc.., equipment clean sanitized to work and harvest crops. Workers may be drug tested Post-hire and at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Must be able to work in Hot climate. Testing Positive to any illegal substance may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described to include activities such as stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting Workers must follow all safety and work rules
