Job Duties:

Operate Claas and John Deere self-propelled, high horsepower harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops: adjust speed and settings of machinery using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools to make changes for appropriate crops; drive truck to transport crops from field to elevator or farm storage area and to haul harvesting machines between worksites; service machinery, and makes in field repairs; drive farm pickup; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite; operate farm equipment including plows, shredders, planters, and wheat drills; load silage onto the truck and unload at pit; weigh in and weigh out at scales on the farm.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
