Job Duties:

Operating self-propelled equipment that assists with reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing, or winnowing crops such as hay, wheat such as swather, rake, baler, loader, stinger, combine, tractor, grain cart; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing farm structures, equipment and other tools in the course of harvesting crops; driving truck or tractor with trailer or cart attached for transporting crops, equipment tools, or other materials to elevators, silos, storage areas, and from one field to another; attaching equipment using hand tools; speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
