- Job Duties:
- AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT OPERATOR: Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: operate farm machinery such as forklifts, tractors, mowers, harvesters, and trucks to complete farm tasks including soil preparation, manure application and hauling, and planting, maintaining, harvesting and hauling crops including alfalfa, corn, and other forage; load, haul, and unload crops, manure, and agricultural supplies for farm tasks; remove rocks from fields; perform routine general repairs and maintenance of farm equipment and prepare farm equipment for field work and harvesting; drive Employer-provided vehicle and equipment to and from the worksite; assist with additional duties related to crop harvest; and maintain grounds, landscaping, and farm buildings. Pay will be hourly.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires worker to complete tasks in Agricultural Equipment Operation. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Experience Requirement: 3 months verifiable commercial agricultural equipment operator experience in general agriculture, harvesting, and basic knowledge in farm equipment tools. Basic English-speaking capabilities required. Applicants must furnish job references from employers of the last two years establishing acceptable prior experience. Employer reserves right to conduct for cause, non-discriminatory drug testing at Employer expense. Drug test will not be utilized as pre-employment tool.
