Job Duties:

Truck Operator: Workers will operate Company owned or leased trucks that bring company product from the fields of operation to the Packing Facility in Los Banos CA. A valid U.S. Commercial Driver's License, or equivalent is required. All packing facilities for this contract are located directly adjacent to or on the same property as the worksites/farms.

Special Requirements:

Worker must have/be able to obtain and maintain throughout employment a valid driver's license: Class A CDL or equivalent. Must comply with all applicable requirements of USDOT regulations. Must pass a post-employment road test to gauge driving ability. Employer uniformly conducts a post-employment DOT physical, drug screen, background check and motor vehicle records check at no cost to the worker. Must have proficiency in English to communicate, read/comprehend traffic signage, and interact with roadway officials. All delivery drivers will be able to return to their residence or employer-provided housing within the same work day. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid post-hire, random, upon suspicion and post-accident drug testing required. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated.
