- Job Duties:
- SERVICING EQUIPMENT AND LAND PREPARED TO PLANT, MOVING BAGS OF SEED TO PLANTERS, MOVING EQUIPMENT TO FIELDS AND HARVEST CROPS, DRIVING GRAIN CARTS, LOADING GRAIN BAGS ONTO TRUCKS, SILOS, AND FILLING GRAIN BINS. WORKERS WILL WORK 10 HOUR DAYS WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AND IF NEEDED MAY WORK SUNDAYS FOR 5 HOURS. OVERTIME PAY AFTER 48 HOURS.
