Job Duties:

Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; Operate or tend self propelled equipment (much of which is equipped with GPS) used in agricultural production such as tractor, swather, baler, combine, etc. for duties such as fertilizing, planting, weeding, harvesting, storing crops such as hay, soybeans, corn, silage; Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools to and from storage and market facilities; Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
