- Job Duties:
- Prepare grounds for planting. Plant and maintain crops including fertilizing, spraying, and weeding. Crops will include strawberries, squash, peppers, and cucumbers. Monitor crops for infestation. Check fields for picking activities: harvest ripe berries and vegetables when ready leaving unripe ones on the plant. Identify and isolate damaged berries and vegetables. Upon harvesting, carefully pick and pack berries in clam shells in a flatto be covered once the flat is full. Move flats to designated checking area.
