Job Duties:

F & P Forages farms approximately 4000 acres of alfalfa hay, wheat and corn. Most of machine and building maintenance is done in house. We need seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Employees will need to operate tractors, payloaders, farm trucks, and miscellaneous farm equipment. Employees will perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and property. Employee must be a team player with strong communication skills with a good work ethic. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive walking, and repetitive movements. Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
