Job Duties:

Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; Operate or tend self propelled equipment and implements much of which are equipped with GPS and used in agricultural production such as tractor, grain cart, tillage tool, tractor or farm truck with trailer attached, bobcat, dozer, UTV, excavator, etc. for duties such as fertilizing, planting, weeding, harvesting, storing, moving to market or storage crops such as corn, wheat, silage; Assist with drainage tiling; Adjust and ready farm machinery and equipment; Use augers and shovels to scoop and move crops; Clean work areas.

Special Requirements:

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
