Job Duties:

We are a 2000 acre row crop operation. We grow corn and soybeans. We have few pivot irrigation systems and use late model tractors. John Deere and Case. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high humidity, clean work areas, construct facilities, guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities, transport grain 10-35 miles to local elevators or storage facilities, ensure safe and timely delivery of grain while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, load and unload materials and commodities, maintain grounds and landscaping, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery, operate self propelled machinery, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops, use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Experience operating 10-speed manual semi trucks preferred, knowledge of row crop farming practices and equipment operation, ability to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions, strong attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented work ethic. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, sprayers, tillage equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, soybeans. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire regular driver's license and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
