Job Duties:

Employees will be harvesting pumpkins. This includes clipping fruit from vines, aligning them in row, placing pumpkins on a picking belt, cleaning pumpkins, stickering pumpkins, sorting them into bins based on size in the field. Workers will also be constructing boxes and placing them on pallets, folding lids to place on bins, sorting bins into bays based on size and loading pumpkins into a trailer.

Special Requirements:

52LB LIFTING TRAINING WITH EMPLOYER HEAVY BENDING AND STOOPING REPETITIVE MOVEMENTS 2 DAY TRAINING WITH EMPLOYER. The training period for all crop activities is 2 days starting with the first day of employment to acclimate the worker to the physical demands of farm work and to familiarize workers with the job specifications and to demonstrate proper harvest methods and other crop specific issues.
