Job Duties:

Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Needs to have a CDL License to drive a semi-truck in Illinois and Indiana. We work on state lines so work will be done in both Indiana and Illinois. Needs to be able to operate tractors doing tillage and running a grain cart. Farming with: Corn, Soy Beans

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
