Job Duties:

Our farm utilizes seasonal help from spring planting through fall harvest. Employees may assist with all aspects of corn and soybean production. Specifically, workers on this certification will assist with planting, shoveling, and spraying corn and soybeans. Additional job duties may include: bailing hay, operating tractors, and other farm equipment including manure spreaders, maintaining the farm with tasks such as mowing, composting, and recycling. Workers will also clean and maintaining farm equipment, maintain grain bins, and haul agricultural commodities. Equipment being operated may include: tractors, manure spreaders, and other farm equipment.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months of agricultural equipment operation and tractor driving experience required. Ability to lift 75 lbs/75yds. Post-employment drug tests are paid for by employer when applicable. The employer reserves the right to conduct a background check post-hire at the employers expense IF the employer deems it necessary.
