Job Duties:

Fresh Plants, Inc Harvest - Farm Laborers will harvest, plant, pick,grade, count, prune, load, unload, and all farm labor related to broccoli, ghost pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, butternut beans, peas, okra, green beans, tomatillos, jalapenos, eggplant, tomato. All general labor related to cotton gins press and sample cotton, module feed rakes loose cotton and transport cotton in yard. Workers will also be pulling weeds, lining rows, picking up stumps, raking, pulling plastic, cleaning around shed areas, laying irrigation pipes, cleaning fields, and digging ditches

Special Requirements:

Two months verifiable farm work experience required. Work in extremely hot, cold and/or wet conditions. Walk, bend, sit, reach, stoop, stand, push/pull, perform repetitive movements, and lift and carry 52 pounds. Drug testing is conducted post-hire at the employer's expense and is not part of the interview process. Any employee who declines to take or fails this drug test will be terminated and paid for all hours worked, if any.
