Job Duties:

The Crop and Field Operator is responsible for performing daily farm operations, including field work, equipment operation, and general maintenance. This role involves tasks such as tillage, drainage installation, grain handling, and hauling. The operator will inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on machinery. Experience with row crop farming, heavy equipment (including construction equipment, and farm technology like Green Star is preferred. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions are required. This position requires regular lifting (up to 100lbs), physical labor, and frequent movement including bending, kneeling, climbing, and crawling. 3 months of crop and field operator experience required.
