- Job Duties:
- Front-line Supervisor will perform pre-trip vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues with vehicle, transport workers to and from housing to worksites. -Will perform pre-harvest field inspections and manage employee safety. -Will manage crew members with different types of packs and quality control. -Will manage crew daily time sheets. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons and adapt to changing weather conditions or urgent operational needs. Attention to Detail: Precision in record-keeping, data analysis for of crop yields, and reporting on daily operations is required to ensure optimal farm performance. Continuous Learning Attitude: A commitment to staying updated on the latest agricultural trends, technologies, and regulations by attending workshops, seminars, or pursuing relevant certifications at the employer’s expense.

- Must possess a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Current Medical Certificate. The employer will be responsible for the cost of the Physical Exam and the registration as an FLCE driver (if any). Must have minimum 1 year of verifiable agricultural experience working in diversified crops, handling manual and mechanical tasks, including agricultural field work. Must be able to understand work & safety instructions in English or Spanish, the languages spoken and written in the workplace. Worker must attend required orientation, which time will be compensated. All workers will be evaluated by their supervisor after seven days of work with respect to appropriately handle crops and similar factors.
